Scalability. Your client can extend the CoreHR package with an ever-increasing number of modules, to suit your particular requirements and budget.
Adaptability to tailor. The system is highly versatile and can be programmed to to an almost ifinite number of tasks, from calculating pay for different rates of pay-rates and absence absence rules, to calculating holiday pay for workers with no fixed hours of work.
For your client, the system takes away the guesswork of deciding exactly what information they need to give payroll for each type of change, and makes the whole process far more efficient and streamlined.
How it works
- You give your clients access to Compact in one of two ways:
- Either, clients subscribe directly to CompactHR, which you pay for on their behalf, under a partner arrangement with us.
Clients then use it as a highly effective, cloud-based HR system to maintain all their essential records but, additionally, its unique, in-built Payroll Report accumulates all the information that has any effect on payroll.
Clients can add any other ‘non-HR’ change, such as a bonus, pay deduction or paternity leave, and can attach documents, such as timesheets or a MATB1.
Or, for clients who do not need, an HR system, you gives them access to Compact’s alternative cloud-based Payroll Portal. This gives them a set of menu-driven screens that let them enter any type of payroll change and makes the collection of changes to payroll far easier for them.
Both systems produce a Payroll Report in PDF format, which summarises all the changes as a single report, in just one place – the bureau’s cloud-based dashboard. It comes in a standard format, and gives you all the information you need to process every type of change, which the system checks for completeness, reasonableness and formatting.
The file is also available in CSV format or an API link, for you to input directly to your processing system, without re-keying any data. This further reduces duplication, time and risk of error.
If the client is unsure about what information to send, the system makes it very easy for them to add narrative and explain what they want to do.
